My boss told me to quit. So I built Machine House.
The post that launched Machine House Media, written the morning the site went live.
I'm launching my company today. It exists because my boss told me to quit. Introducing: Machine House Media
Spent two years as Ankur Warikoo's Chief of Staff — strategy, operations, the full production machine behind one of India's biggest creators.
Then Money Matters with Warikoo (India's biggest finance show) needed its production pipeline fixed. So I built it myself — Claude, a handful of APIs, four days. We went from having to talk to hundreds of applicants to an AI system that selected guests using insights from the channel data, automated outreach + full booking flow. What took the team days each week now took under 60 minutes. I loved building this!
Ankur looked at what I'd made and said: "This work is a great fit for you. Your current job is not. You should quit."
There's something weird about building a system in four days that outperforms months of manual work. It forces a question you'd rather not answer — what if the thing you're hired for isn't the thing you're actually good at?
I quit. Moved to Bangalore. Spent months learning + building every AI workflow I could think of until I understood where it's genuinely useful and where it falls apart. Eight years working with creators meant I knew every bottleneck. AI turned out to be unreasonably good at exactly those bottlenecks.
Then Masoom Minawala. Incredible vision to make the #1 podcast for women — and by now, I had the playbook down. Guest selection, guest research, question generation, trailer drafts, thumbnail and title — all automated. Not replacing taste. Scaling it. My direction, my instinct for what works, but now running through systems that let me operate at a level that wasn't possible even a year ago.
Grew the show from 70K to 140K subscribers. The Masoom Minawala Show won Apple India's Best Podcast of 2025. 35M+ views. Just the start.
Something Ankur taught me keeps proving true — content is a science. You can crack it. The difference now is that AI gives you the analytical firepower to actually do it at scale. Episodes analyzed across 20 dimensions. Performance predicted before a frame is shot. Every result feeding back into a custom model.
Here's what I know: making content has never been easier. Standing out has never been harder. Most have the same tools, the same formats, the same playbooks. The noise is deafening. And the creators and brands that win from here won't be the ones who just produce more — they'll be the ones with systems that know what to produce, when, and why. Taste that scales. Data that compounds. Signal through the noise.
That's what I build.
machinehouse.media is live.
Strategy, scripting, production, growth — powered by custom AI systems trained on your actual data. The system gets sharper every week you work with it. 100M+ views driven. 3x Apple Best Podcast. Creators, founders, brands, agencies — if you make content and something about it is slower or messier or less informed than it should be (it definitely is), let's talk!
