The problem
How do you grow a brand-new podcast into the #1 show in its category in under a year? Masoom Minawala had the audience — 1.4M on Instagram — and the guest access. What the show needed was a way to know, before production, which episodes would compound that advantage and which would burn it.

What we built
A content intelligence system that codes every episode across 12 editorial dimensions — topic, authority type, emotional register, specificity, hook type, guest archetype, packaging, runtime, release window, tone, format, and subject novelty.
Prediction models run on those codes and forecast performance before a single frame is shot. The system tells us which guests, which angles, and which packaging will work — then we shoot. Data-driven taste at scale, not guesswork at volume.

Apple's #1 Best Podcast for women in India ('25). 35M+ views in under a year. YouTube subscribers up from 70K to 140K — 2× inside a year. The top Instagram piece reached 3.5M people from a single organic post.
