Build a body of work
only you could make.

Content strategy and production for founders, experts and brands with something useful to say. We turn real experience into a point of view, repeatable formats and work an audience has a reason to return to.

What happened, and what did you do?

A product decision, a difficult customer conversation or a mistake you keep seeing in your industry can give you something useful to say. We interview you about what happened, ask for the details and work out which part deserves a piece of its own.

Give the point of view a repeatable form.

FormatWhen it earns its place
Founder or expert essaysYou can explain a subject through a strong argument and direct experience.
Interviews and podcastsAccess to other people’s expertise advances a clear show premise.
Demonstrations and breakdownsThe work, product or process is better understood by seeing it.
Customer questionsRecurring questions reveal what the audience needs help understanding.
Short-form storiesA focused idea or decision can deliver a useful payoff in a smaller piece.

The format has to fit the speaker and the production capacity. We build a sustainable slate before committing the team to a volume of output.

Written founder content can include LinkedIn posts, owned essays and newsletters. We interview for decisions and examples, develop the argument, then draft in the founder’s voice for the intended reader. A B2B founder can build a useful body of work around customer questions and operating experience without committing to daily posts. We agree a cadence that leaves time for the founder to contribute and review.

The experience and the audience have to meet.

In a published account of our work, the insight behind a technology video was the audience’s anxiety about education and employment. The creator could speak credibly about it because of his years running a software business. That relationship guided the next subject.

For a brand, the same editorial question is useful: which part of your experience can help a particular audience understand something they care about? This is a way to choose material, not a promise that every founder should comment on the same news.

Make it work in the real calendar.

We connect the strategy to interviews with the founder, research, scripts or talking points, shoot preparation, edits, packaging and release. Rishwajeet leads the creative direction. His Breakout team can provide the production capacity for the agreed engagement.

If you already have a capable team, we can own strategy and editorial reviews while they produce. For a full operation, explore content production and YouTube management.

Define what the content should do.

Audience growth, reputation and qualified business demand are different outcomes. We agree which ones matter, then read the available evidence accordingly. Views show reach. Returning viewers can help assess an ongoing audience. Inquiries and customer conversations can tell a different part of the business story.

An introduction or booking should be recorded as such. It becomes a qualified opportunity only when the actual conversation establishes fit. Clear measurement helps the next content decision stay connected to the business.

Different businesses. Specific editorial work.

Roshan Kotla: his experience in software and hiring became essays about work that the audience recognised. Three releases passed 975K views, with research, scripts and packaging from Machine House.

Scaler: technology essays with a concrete career or industry stake; 150K+ views across 17 verified releases.

Rocket Health: researched health and culture films, with the protein release at 72K views.

The KariGhars and Indian Silicon Valley show earlier work across brand storytelling and content operations. Each case sets out the responsibility and the outcome.

New video counts are public snapshots from 7 September 2026.

Questions about the work.

Do you work with founders who are new on camera?

Yes. We can develop formats, talking points and a recording plan around the founder’s experience and comfort on camera. The production approach follows the person and the audience.

Can this include both the founder’s voice and the company brand?

Yes. We define the role of each presence and how they connect. The founder’s point of view, company expertise and individual formats need a coherent editorial direction.

Can your team handle production and publishing?

Yes. The engagement can include research, writing, production, editing, packaging and publishing with Rishwajeet and his Breakout team. The proposal defines responsibilities and release frequency.

How do we know if the content is helping the business?

We agree the desired outcomes and available measurement before production. Audience response, qualified inquiries and commercial outcomes are recorded separately, then reviewed alongside the content decisions.
